Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
  • Proof of Identity is required before shipping:
    • A valid photo ID must be provided.
    • Billing name/address and shipping name/address must match.
    • Orders that do not meet these requirements will be canceled.
  • Address Verification:
    • If there are issues verifying your address, our customer service team will contact you.
    • If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
  • High Volume Orders: During busy times, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit time. If your shipment will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s). You can track your order anytime by clicking the link provided.

 

Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

 

  • After a package has been handed over to the shipping service, all responsibility lies with the carrier.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We recommend monitoring your tracking number and ensuring someone is available to receive your order upon delivery.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Requests made after 24 hours may be denied or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
